Featured Panelists:
Brittaine Cahua is a native Peruvian Sports Operations specialist in both Tennis and Pickleball. With nearly a decade of experience in coaching and sports program management, Brittanie has directed and organized sports events including tournaments, family events, and fundraisers in both the United States of America and her home country of Peru. Currently, she is expanding her expertise in sports off-courts at the US Open Tennis Championships in New York City, where she coordinates all Spanish-language communication between locker room maintenance staff and managers.
Sandra Acosta serves as SVP, Business Control Manager at Bank of America, where she partners across Global Operations to ensure the prioritization of Process Management and Project Portfolios. Sandra has been an active member of the WOA SDC since 2019 and has been affiliated with ALPFA for over a decade. Sandra's long-standing commitment to cycling exemplifies her perseverance and discipline, qualities that she brings to both her professional and personal life.
Gabrielle Gunyan is a fitness professional, strength and conditioning coach and former basketball coach who is passionate about the development and empowerment of women through fitness and sport. Currently, Gabrielle serves as the Assistant Director of Fitness for Towson University’s Campus Recreation department where she employs 50+ student employees and works to develop their leadership, teamwork, and workplace skills for success in academics and in the workplace beyond Towson. Gabrielle has 16 years of experience in personal training and performance enhancement, working 1 on 1 with clients for athletic development and injury prevention and serves as an adjunct professor at Towson, teaching a special topics class in Personal Training.
