Women Leadership is an important and timely message about Women’s role in the workplace and societies today worldwide. As we all know, women are playing an increasingly important role in the global economy. They are making significant contributions to their families' income, as well as to the broader society.
However, despite the progress made in many sectors to provide women with more opportunities than ever before, they continue to face significant challenges when it comes to playing dual roles, seeking recognition.
The added responsibilities of contributing to the family's income often take a toll physically and emotionally. Women find themselves proving their worth over and over again at workplaces and in our social, cultural, and justice systems and to be treated equally.
