Women in the Wild is a program designed to bring together women and, people from across the county, who are interested in learning more about outdoor recreational activities. Participants will learn useful skills from Park Rangers, guest speakers, and their fellow "women in the wild" while building a non-judgmental, beginner friendly community that will leave them feeling confident to take on the "wild" on their own.Session 7 will be "Canoeing and Kayaking 101." Interested in learning more about Canoeing and Kayaking? Join the Women in the Wild Crew for an easy night on the water! Don’t have a canoe? No problem! Rangers will provide the canoe, life jacket, and everything else you will need to float around Spanish Lake and enjoy the sunset! We may even have some smores waiting for you when you are finished!
