Our mission is to empower women in technology and entrepreneurship with near-peer mentorship, educational opportunities, and a supportive network. WTE offers regular, dues-free, cost-free networking opportunities, ensuring that financial obstacles do not deter our members from accessing the resources they need. We're here to build, sustain, and elevate a community that supports the ambitions of women in tech and entrepreneurship.

This month, our Gainesville Chapter is celebrating its chapter anniversary at the beautiful Kin Lounge, a WTE member-owned space created by our very own Tara Blythe. Thoughtfully designed to foster connection and conversation, Kin is more than just a lounge—it’s a tribute to the rich history and culture of Gainesville, reflected in every detail, from the locally inspired menu to the welcoming atmosphere.
