Jesie's background is in Marine Biology, starting at Thames Water as a Water Quality Scientist before moving into the fast-paced and fun environment of Operations. Additionally, she sits on the WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) Young Professional board made up of group of like-minded people who care about achieving gender parity in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). They aim to empower women in STEM and act as role models and allies to promote equity, diversity and inclusion in our fields. They are passionate about bringing that inclusion and diversity into Health and Safety that the PPE and welfare facilities are sufficient for women across all sectors.
