First principles thinking, popularized by founders like Elon Musk, is all about dissecting problems to their core elements and piecing together innovative solutions from the ground up. This session will delve into how you can leverage first principles thinking to tackle typical challenges in product management, and we'll look at how Wise leveraged this method to build a 10x better product. In the latter half, we'll shift to an interactive format, giving you the chance to put what you've learned into practice through problem-solving exercises with peers. Whether you're new to product management or looking to enhance your PM toolkit, this session aims to equip you with the insights needed to integrate first principles thinking into your daily decision-making process.
