As Chief People Officer, Isabel looks after the people at Wise, a global tech company building the best way to move money around the world. She talks publicly and blogs regularly on technology, disruption, inclusion and the workplace. Isabel has a background in talent, engagement, organizational development and change management with technology, financial services and consulting industry experience. She has led the development and implementation of people strategies across the globe.
