Join us for networking and to hear from Cortina Jenelle Caldwell, sharing insightful re-frame of how we do the work of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, now. Cortina will share community engagement strategies and tools gathered over the course of her career in nonprofit leadership, management and facilitation. Q&A will follow a brief talk and hands-on exercise. This circle is led by Sandy Pricer and Tenasa McGhee. Make sure to reach out to us with any questions you have, and we'll see you in May!

CORTINA BIO
Cortina Jenelle Caldwell, MAML is a servant leader, perpetual student of life and native of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After coming off a 2 year global digital nomad adventure, Cortina moved to Chattanooga to put down new roots after falling in love with the natural landscape, thriving arts sector and spirit of service. Cortina holds a Masters of Arts in Business Management & Leadership (MAML) and is nationally-recognized by her work at the intersection of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), the creative sector and entrepreneurship. Cortina's training and featured works roster includes Racial Equity Institute, National Guild Community Arts Education, The People's Institute, Government Alliance on Race & Equity, Race Forward, the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts: Partners in Education, Search Institute, Mycelium School, Partners for Youth Empowerment (PYE) Global and YES!
