Women in Martial Arts Think Tank 2025
The Women in Martial Arts Think Tank exists not to divide, but to unite, blending the power of the masculine with the depth of the feminine to shape a stronger, more balanced martial arts community.
It isn’t about separating from men; it’s about contributing alongside them.
This space gives female instructors a seat at the table to explore how the feminine can strengthen, balance, and evolve the future of martial arts with authenticity, respect, and shared purpose.
This Think Tank isn’t about shouting louder, it’s about shaping better, together.
There are some phenomenal women in our community, and they have never really had a voice. Never had a space to freely be feminine, freely voice perspective and openly contribute to the Martial Arts community more broadly.
I also think it is time to include women into what a 'real' Martial Arts Instructor looks like...
Who is for?
Any club with female instructors who believes in building a forward-thinking, collaborative future where both masculine and feminine strengths shape the next era of martial arts.

(its working out at £65 per head, but MAGB will cover some of the fee & any other expenses)
