The official International Women's Day (IWD) theme for 2026 is "Give to Gain". This emphasizes that by generously giving time, resources, and support, we can collectively advance gender equality, which benefits everyone.

Join award-winning speaker and leadership expert for a powerful International Women’s Day keynote on this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.”

In this inspiring and research-driven session, Antoinette explores why cultivating a generosity mindset is not just good for workplace culture, it’s a strategic advantage. She reveals the hidden costs of self-serving behavior, why women’s natural strengths as givers can sometimes hold them back, and how embracing reciprocity with an abundance mindset can create measurable impact across teams and society.

Drawing on her extensive experience in leadership development and organizational dynamics, Antoinette will share practical tools to help women navigate workplace politics, give in ways that are intentional and strategic, and elevate both their own careers and the people around them.
