Burnout is a topic many of us quietly carry - especially in the food & beverage industry, where long hours, constant problem‑solving, and the pressure to keep things moving never really stops. Our next Women in Food & Beverage Peer Group creates space for honest conversation, shared experience, and practical strategies to help you move from feeling depleted to feeling supported.The peer group will feature three women from the health & wellness space in a moderated panel discussion focused on burnout - what it looks like, how it shows up at different stages of business and leadership, and what has helped them manage it in real life.
Following the panel, we'll open the floor for a group discussion and Q&A led by co-chairs, Miki Talebi and Jenny Sior, giving everyone a chance to ask questions, share insights, and connect in a supportive, empowering space.
