Are you a female student? Are you ready to learn more about yourself and your personality type? Then this is the event for you!EY invites female students to join us at our office in Aarhus for an evening where we will dive into different personality types and why it is beneficial to know your own. In your daily life, you encounter people with different personalities, especially when you move out of your own expertise area. Understanding why and how people act or think as they do is an advantage when working with and being exposed to different personalities.
Whether you are interested in the consulting world or just curious to learn more, the knowledge you gain can be applied in all aspects of your life.
The evening begins with a welcome presentation and casual networking and continues with a workshop in finding your personality type. During the evening you will have plenty of chances to network with our EY consultants, gain valuable insights about yourself and others, ask questions, and build connections with fellow students.
The event will be held in English.

- 16:30-17:00: Arrival at EY office
- 17:00-17:35: Introduction to EY and women in consulting at EY
- 17:35-17:45: Break
- 17:45-18:45: Workshop session 1: Identify your personality type
- 18:45-19:30: Dinner
- 19:30-20:15: Workshop session 2: Working with personality types
- 20:15-21:00: Network and drinks
