Ann Daniel – Arctic Explorer, Adventurer & Mentor
Ann Daniel is an accomplished Arctic explorer and adventurer with a passion for inspiring individuals to push beyond their comfort zones. She has led multiple polar expeditions and uses her experiences to mentor and coach people on resilience, leadership, and personal growth. Her commitment to breaking barriers is a testament to the power of mindset and determination.

We are delighted to welcome Ann as our special guest speaker. Ann has traversed some of the harshest environments on Earth, leading teams to the North Pole and beyond. Her experiences in the extreme wilderness offer invaluable lessons on resilience, leadership, and the power of mindset.
Paul Keene – Future Skills Delivery Manager, Truro & Penwith College
Paul has over 20 years’ experience as a learning and development professional, having previously worked within the engineering sector. He has supported the development of thousands of leaders and managers through training and coaching, with a passion for inspiring learning and continuous development. Learners describe Paul’s courses as “engaging, motivational and expertly delivered,” resulting in “thought-provoking insights” and “tangible business benefits.”
Paul is committed to lifelong learning and is a licensed practitioner of the MBTI© and EBW© (Emotional Behaviours in the Workplace) psychometrics. In this interactive workshop, he will explore how workplace coaching and mentoring can fulfil a universal need for people to feel valued and how it can support everyone, no matter where they are on their developmental journey.
