Starting in the Studio Room be guided through Breathwork, reviewing your 2025, intention setting and releasing energy that no longer serves 2026.
Followed by a sip and connect at Overflow Cafe (Roots on Whyte) at 4:00 PM (Mountain Time) Co-hosted by owners Maria and Tony to support local business women and community connection.
