Women Gather is a 3 hr event providing a space for women to connect, share experiences, return to present & have fun. 🌸When? Saturday 15th November 10am-1pm. 🌸What’s included? A beautiful Guided Meditation to relax the body reducing tension offering a subtle softening where the outside noise melts away. State of Flow movement meditation to Ground, connect, return to present, and raise our energy while celebrating the Divine feminine and the cycles of women (Goddess Oracle cards to close) we will finish our day with colour and 🎨Mandala art watercolour painting- allowing our energy & creativity to flow.
