This trail work day is for you. Come on out and show Raccoon Mountain some love and attention. No prior trail work experience necessary.Women and femme folks are welcome to this volunteer event!
We are teaming up with the Velo Vixens and Outdoor Chattanooga to celebrate International Women's Mountain Biking Day.
We will be working around Raccoon Mountain to clean up various issues, continue to show the trails the love they deserve and have some fun!
Please be sure to bring:
-A desire to have some fun!
-Sturdy work boots or shoes (no open-toed shoes or sandals)
-Long pants/sleeves
-Work gloves and eye protection. We will have some on hand if you don’t already have your own.
-Easy to carry hydration
All tools will be provided and there will be water and trail snacks to go around.
We will meet at the Laurel Point parking lot at 9am, coffee and snacks will be provided. We will also be grilling up some food afterwards to thank you for your hard work.
Bring your bike in case you find some folks to ride with after lunch.
