About this Event
Entrepreneurship can be deeply fulfilling… and quietly lonely. Even when you have employees, clients, friends, or family around you, there often isn’t a space to talk openly about how you’re really doing with people who truly understand what it means to run a business.
This meet-up is an intentional gathering for women entrepreneurs who want honest, human connection without the pressure of networking, pitching, or problem-solving. It will be a structured but flexible space to connect with other women who run things, have real conversations about self-care and mental health, and remind ourselves that we’re not alone in the weight we carry.
This is not therapy, or coaching. And it’s not about “fixing” either. Just honest conversations with women who get it.
This is also not a networking event in the traditional sense. While connection is the point, this is not a space to sell your services, find clients, or pitch your business. The focus is on being present, listening, and connecting as people—not as brands.

About the Host
Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m an entrepreneur, dog mum, and passionate chai drinker. And I’m going to be honest: I’m lonely.
I say that as someone who owns a mental health company, goes to therapy, and does all the “right” things. And still, I recently realized I was missing an important piece of the mental health puzzle: connecting with other entrepreneurs who truly get what this life is like.
Running a business can be deeply meaningful and also quietly isolating. I’ve found that while there’s lots of support available, there are fewer spaces to talk openly with people who understand the unique weight of entrepreneurship.
That’s why I’m organizing this event: to create a space for honest connection, shared experience, and a reminder that none of us are doing this alone.
