Purpose: Our purpose for coming together is to Talk, Shop, Connect and Have FUN!!

At this EXPO we will use “Transparency TALK”. Many are helped, encouraged, and are better able to overcome adversity when they hear the testimonies of others who have also endured similar experiences. Our goal is to empower and bring resources to you. We are planning to have “Transparency TALK” regarding the various topics: Financial Health, Managing Stress, Surviving Trauma, Prioritizing Self Care, and Understanding the connection between Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health. If you are looking for a group of Women who keep it 100 percent REAL then this is for you. If you want to truly be empowered, HONESTY is the number one ingredient. You have to be honest with yourself 1st about where you are in life, stay present with your journey while setting goals for who you aspire to become.

We will have a myriad of vendors who are Women in Business from retail, real estate agents, life insurance agents, mental health professionals, clinical nurses and medical doctors. Patronize women in business who care about your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Our team has vetted and hand selected the right vendors for you! The vendors will be given a chance to share about their business during our vendor spotlight segment. Oftentimes, vendors are overlooked or not fully heard or introduced. We value our vendors and will ensure they each get their time to shine.

Sharing is caring while connecting with other like minded people on a similar journey to be empowered while maintaining self care and balance. Come, learn, share, and get connected with amazing women, professionals, and entrepreneurs who are intentional about prioritizing their personal/professional development and self care needs.

Your only requirement is to have some fun… Breathe, let your hair-down, relax, give yourself permission to live without judgement or guilt. Please don’t sign up for this even if you are stiff and uptight as this will not be the ideal setting for you!! The KatCares Community is a no judgment zone and only love and light will be permitted in our space. And, if you struggle in this area, then come with an open mind and heart and willingness to learn from others in efforts to improve your well-being. Be empowered!
