Women Empowering Women returns for an engaging discussion on the power of regulating intense emotions so that your purpose can remain at the forefront of your actions. For this installation Kristin Keen will be joined by Rethreaded’s Director of Holistic Services, Gloria Love, for a more in-depth look at the coping mechanisms to trauma responses we employ at Rethreaded. The workshop will explore ways to manage stress and how to keep your act of love as your main focus. Join us on October 9th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for an evening of reflection, growth, and connection.
