Escape the pressures of everyday life and discover the ancient healing power of using West African drums and other percussions to renew your sense of inner peace and balance. In this immersive session, you'll learn to connect with the rhythms of the drum, releasing stress and finding inner peace.

Experience the transformative power of drumming as you connect with your body, mind, and spirit in a supportive and welcoming community. Join us and drum your way to a calmer, more balanced life.

You will learn to focus on your mind body connection in these sessions that are hands-on and interactive. You will learn to harness a sacred and ancient practice of playing a drum for the immediate benefits of:

• Improved mood
• Increased energy
• Enhanced focus
• Harmonizing with collective effort

Come dressed comfortably, bring your own chair and African drum if available. If not, we provide on first come, first serve basis. Either way, you will play percussion in one way or another!

For Registrations paid after Tues. 25th after 11:30pm onward Sessions are $15 / hr.
