??In our ‘Women Connecting Circle’ catchups, we share, laugh, and connect over various themes. It's inspiring and uplifting to be surrounded by wonderful women from all ages and backgrounds. Together, as women, we can empower and enrich each other's lives. ??
?These regular Wednesday's catchups are conducted in a supportive and safe space where we can celebrate successes and navigate challenges together.
?Every woman’s journey is valid, and sharing can be healing while contributing to others.
?The sense of belonging helps with emotional well-being and encourages us to trust and follow our inner wisdom—we often already have the answers.
***Facilitated by Manuela, a mum of 3 school/university aged boys and has been running her health and wellbeing business My Fit Life for the last 10 years.
Through her exercise classes, mentoring and courses she encourages women to regain their strength and confidence, let go of feelings and thought patterns that do not serve them, and tap into their inner wisdom. ***
