As part of our work around Ending Violence Against Women and Girls, we’re hosting a free Self-Defense Class open to women and girls in the community.
This 2-hour session is all about building confidence, learning practical techniques, and giving you the tools to feel safer in everyday life. No experience needed – just wear comfy clothes and come ready to learn!
