This event is all about building connections, uplifting each other, and fueling your passion for success.
Wynter, founder of Created By Wyn & Red Rental Co, knows firsthand what it takes to launch a business, learn from failures, and build a brand. We love hearing real stories, gaining insights, and learning from the experiences of other women in business. That’s why this year, we’re featuring four dynamic women leading educational discussions designed to help you elevate your business, community, and life.
Women & Co. has always given back by donating to families in need or charitable causes each year. But for the first time ever, proceeds from Women & Co. 2025 will go toward empowering an up-and-coming female entrepreneur, providing her with the financial boost she needs to bring her business vision to life. Apply for yourself or nominate someone by submitting a detailed letter (click here to submit) or post an in-depth Instagram Reel, explaining why you or they deserve this grant (don't forget to tag us). Tell us how this funding would impact the business, what makes it unique, and the goals and aspirations driving it forward. Be as detailed as possible—we want to hear it all! We’ll also be awarding a Women’s Choice Award to recognize a standout businesswoman making an impact.
