Thank you for your interest in the women’s web I want to start.
These have been very difficult times, and if you are interested in joining us, I know you are a light worker in some way.
So many women are feeling despair, and I know that is not what we want to create. We need to create love and light in the world, but how do we do that when we feel surrounded by people who are ignorant, just don’t care about us, or from whom we feel hatred? I don’t remember a time when we needed each other more than we do right now.
What can we do? Marching in the streets is no longer effective. We are trolled on social media. Our voices are suppressed. Disinformation is rampant.
I do believe we have work to do, and that women CAN and WILL be instrumental in the coming changes in Earth and in consciousness. I’d like to be proactive. One thing I believe in is the power of a small group to change the world. We can’t wait for the world to change anymore; it’s time to make things happen, and to use the tools we have to do so.
For our first meeting, I’d like to meet in person. In the future, we can meet over Zoom most of the time, but in order to fully connect with one another, establish trust, and check our comfort levels with each other, I think an in-person meeting is necessary.
At that time, I want to communicate the very loosely held vision I have, but even more, I want to hear what you have. Where you’re at. We are all struggling now; how can we support each other?
Let’s BE a light source, and then EMIT that light outward.
I’d like to meet soon and see who will stay with the web. You are not making a commitment by showing up. I want it to be in-person first so we can co-mingle our energy and establish a sense of trust and connection.
For the first meeting, I’d like to meet in Palm Springs. We can discuss future locations at the first get-together.
Joy Meredith offered up use of the meeting room at Crystal Fantasy. I’m proposing
Saturday, Nov. 30 from 3—5 pm.
At 6pm in that room, there will be a sound bath, so you could take a break and then go back for the sound bath if you want.
The address is 268 N. Palm Canyon. I hope a weekend will be most conducive to accommodate work schedules. And I know that whoever is meant to be there, will be.
If you have a friend who might be interested, please bring her along. Perhaps not everyone will feel it’s for them, but this is the time to find out. The time for us to act is now.
