Save the date!Welcome to Spring Fever at the new dome in Somersworth!
Here are the rules:
Min 6 teams (5pm Start time)
Max 8 teams (May move to 4PM start time)
Pool play to a single elimination bracket (3 game guarantee). Team fee is $650 per team. ½ due at sign up (this deposit is non-refundable), and ½ due one week before the tournament. Once you have signed your team up each player will need to create their own account to sign the waiver.
-45-minute games or 7 innings (whichever comes first).
-Utrip approved bats only.
6-10 ft pitch arc (no fakes).
-1-1 count with no free fouls.
-Mercy rules are 15 after 4 innings and/or 10 after 5 innings.
-There will be a safety bag at home. ALL plays at home are a force.
-Overthrown balls from any position will be considered out of play and result in the runners being awarded ONE extra base.
-Please be at the field(s) 10 minutes before your next scheduled game so we can keep the games moving or started early if we are ahead of schedule.
-All other rules follow normal play governance.
Once you have signed up your team please message me. I’ll create a captain’s chat to keep you all up to date on any emergency changes due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances and to answer any additional questions you may have.
