In 2026 it’s time to break out of your comfort zone. Starting January 7th we will be offering a Women’s Self Defense Course! We will teach you where to strike, how to strike, and how to deal with a larger aggressor. This class is perfect for women that have never done martial arts before.
Here is what to expect:
Week 1: Striking and Situational Awareness
Week 2: Defense against arm and wrist grabs
Week 3: Defense against Shoulder and Throat Grabs
Week 4: Defense against strikes
Week 5: Defense if taken to the ground
Week 6: Escapes from ground attacks
To ensure that you are getting the absolute best instruction possible, we are only accepting 10 women per session. Contact us asap if you are interested.
