All ladies ages 12 and up!! The goal of this class is to provide you with a variety of basic self-defense skills. Please wear loose clothing to work out in and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Minor must be accompanied by a parent to participate. Come prepared to increase your confidence and have fun! No experience required. Please call Sempai Pam Veurink to sign up at 425-343-4090.
