Come and join me taking time out! This fun and relaxing morning will include Pilates, Strength Training for Women’s Health, Stretching, Relaxation and Mindfulness. A perfect Mini Morning “Retreat” at St John’s Church Hall, Great Sutton!
This session is suitable for all levels of fitness. No Pilates experience necessary and there’s Prosecco!
1000 – Welcome drink and Pilates
1045 – Coffee break
1100 – Strength session
1145 – Mobility class (or an optional walk)
1215 – Lunch
1300 – Stretching, Mindfulness, relaxation
1330 – Finish
If you’d like to really benefit from the mindfulness session please bring an eye mask/blanket/pillow.
There will be soft drinks and coffee/tea available all morning, so you don’t just have to wait for the breaks to have them.
Lunch will include a selection of pastries, salads, sausages and baps (incl vegetarian)
(Please note, unfortunately provisions cannot be made for those with severe food allergies. I am preparing the food myself and purchasing pastries and wraps, so cannot guarantee the exact ingredients, but please contact me if you’d like to see what could be accommodated.
