🌊 Women’s Healing Circle: The Sacral ChakraWednesday, April 16 | 6–8pm
This month, we drop into the sacral chakra—the emotional center of nourishment, boundaries, creativity, and sensuality. When blocked, it can feel like numbness, burnout, guilt, or emotional overload. This circle is a space to reconnect with your inner flow and remember what it means to feel.
🧡 Especially supportive if you:
– Struggle to name or honor your emotional needs
– Feel disconnected from pleasure or joy
– Override your body’s need for rest
– Carry grief, shame, or stuck energy in your hips, belly, or womb
– Are tired of holding it all together
✨ In our two hours together, we’ll:
– Explore the psychology of this chakra
– Practice trauma-informed breathwork and nervous system tools
– Connect with daily rituals for emotional nourishment
– Call in Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of abundance, beauty, and sacred flow
– End with a grounding ritual to integrate it all
This is not a performance. You don’t have to share or explain. Just show up and let the space hold you.
Please bring:
– A journal + pen
– A small item for our altar (you’ll take it home after)
– Wear something comfortable—orange if you feel called
