The intention of this Women’s Drum circle is to ground us as we set our intentions for the new year through rhythm and connection bringing us Clarity and Direction.
Jo will guide us through some simple african rhythms that we will play together bringing us into presence.
Our Women’s Drumming workshop is the perfect opportunity for you to experience the power of rhythm and magic that is created when women come together.
You will feel energized, connected and have lots of fun! We will also learn a beautiful chant we can sing and if you feel inspired during the workshop you are welcome to get up and dance.
This workshop is for complete beginners to advanced drummers.
Drums supplied or welcome to bring your Djembe if you have one
Be prepared for a beautiful evening!
Tea and bliss balls are provided.
