There has been interest in investigating a CI container by women in the community, so we’re hosting an hour-long class followed by a jam! Jen will be teaching an hour long class weaving a soft warm-up, CI technique(s), and information on the female body. Then we will dance together! Jam is early enough that we might have dinner together afterwards nearby.
