Discover what you can do to reduce your risk of developing dementia. Women's Brain Health Event is in partnership with Women's Brain Health Initiative, the Town of Whitby, and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences.

5:30 p.m.: Join us in the Lobby of Ontario Shores for mingling and light refreshments
6 p.m.: Take your seat in the Theatre and enjoy a presentation from Dr. Amer Burhan, Geriatric Psychiatrist and Endowed Research Chair at Ontario Shores, who'll talk about brain health and seniors supports at the hospital. Next join Lynn Posluns, Keynote Speaker and Founder and CEO of Women's Brain Health Initiative, who will present on the Six Pillars of Brain Health and how you can reduce the risk of dementia.
Tickets are $20 per person, with proceeds helping to support Whitby 55+ recreation programs.
