You are invited to an enchanting evening where we will welcome Autumn with a Cacao gratitude ceremony and women's sharing circle .
About this Event

Hey Goddesses, you are invited to celebrate Autumn, and Mother Earth in her fullest, most grand abundance at our Women's Autumn Equinox Cacao Circle. Ceremonial Cacao is the pure form of chocolate. It's considered a heart opener and used in Ceremony because it's components generate a feeling of Bliss which allows heart connection and emotional release.

We will focus on gratitude and connecting to the Earth. You will be guided in deep breathing that will bring you into a calm and meditative state. We will also celebrate with music and joy!

- Guided Meditation and activities that foster a sense of grounding, abundance, harmony, gratitude, and wellbeing.
- Movement & Breathwork – Release stagnant energies and tensionPlease Be there by 6:45 to settle in.

Details to know

You need to be there by 6:45, no will be allowed in after 7:05 It will end around 9:00
There is a short walk(less than half a block) from parking to the Ceremony.
We will be in a large beautiful Teepee, which will be open to the outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfy clothes. If it is cold we will have a heater going inside but we are still open to the elements.
There is a Johnny on the spot available.
You will be laying on the floor for the majority of the time.
Even though Breathwork is very safe, you will need to sign a waiver before participating.

What to bring:

Wear comfy, layered clothes. You may get hot or cold.
yoga mat
blanket to cover up with
pillow if desired
A journal and pen.
Water to drink.
Eye mask (optional but nice to have).
You are also invited to bring items that represent Autumn or abundance and gratitude to add to the altar.
