We invite you…Monthly, the first one starting on the 9th of September, we will be holding a Wombyn’s (Woman’s) circle at Studio Me. Outside underneath the stars, sitting with the energy of a fire.
These will be nights full of magic, sisterhood, medicine.

For our first circle…
On arrival, we will have a beautiful cacao ready for you to enjoy, gently opening your heart up and allowing you to relax into the space.
Summer will then guide you through a short opening mediation allowing you to connect into the now.
We will then invite each of you to share what you are called to in our sharing circle. Actively listening, and holding space for ourselves, and one another.
Paula will then lead us into a guided journey-meditation with her singing bowls and sound healing.
Summer will then begin guiding you through the journeying, alongside her drum. During this, Paula will go around channeling a mini healing for each of you.
After the journey we invite you to share your experience if you feel aligned to.
Then we will finish off with a closing ceremony. Ensuring you feel grounded and ready to return to your day-to-day lives.
We are looking forward to holding this safe space for you.

We ask you to please bring your own comforts (pillow, blanket, yoga mat, chair, etc).
