🌿 Wombful Wisdom 🌿A bi-weekly workshop for pregnant mothers
Wombful Wisdom is a nourishing gathering for pregnant mothers yearning for grounded presence, soulful connection, and shared experience.
Each workshop begins with a gentle, pregnancy-supportive grounding practice to support your body and prepare for birth. This is followed by a short self check-in and a facilitated circle centered on a rotating topic—from pregnancy and birth to breastfeeding, postpartum, and self-care.
✨ Together we will explore:
The wisdom of the pelvic bowl
Poses that open the body while protecting the perineum
The cervix–vulva connection as a pathway to dilation and release
Supporting oxytocin flow for labor, birth, and bonding
Baby’s first breaths & mother’s intuition
The tender beginnings of nursing
Building your postpartum support village
Baby’s movements and natural reflexes for breastfeeding and integration
Self-care as a living, evolving practice
📅 When: Every other Monday, 5:30–7:00 pm
💰 Cost: $25 per workshop
🧘 What to bring: Comfortable clothes for movement, snacks, and water
🍵 Tea will be served during the circle portion of the workshop
