This class will be taught by Heather and is for folks that are either curious about what to expect with perimenopause/menopause, or are currently experiencing this transition from our fertility years to our wisdom years.We will be talking about the most common issues like hot flashes, insomnia, and body aches and pains, as well as the oddball ones such as itchy skin and scalps! We will also be learning which herbs and supplements can be super beneficial during this transition as we are shifting into the wisest versions of ourselves.
This class is inclusive and a safe space for everyone who has a uterus, and even if you’ve had a hysterectomy, there will be lots of useful information on these powerful changes that are happening in our bodies, minds, and spirits. Please join us!
