The womb is symbolic of the portal between spirit and body, the abyss and life, the shadow and the light. Join us for this sacred gathering to reconnect with the wisdom of the womb through ritual, movement, and sound. We’ll begin with a cleansing sage down and nourishing tea, then flow into light movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and optional Reiki. The evening closes with conscious connection, integration, and heart-centered sharing.

This gathering is for anyone with a womb, those healing maternal lines, and allies who hold reverent space. Whether you are a mother, expecting, postpartum, or simply called to explore your feminine center, this experience supports embodied healing and reclamation.

In honor of this month’s maternal theme at Breathing Stardust, we’re offering a moment to return home to your body’s innate wisdom. As seasons shift, so do our inner rhythms — now is a tender time to sow intentions, clear what’s no longer needed, and open to renewed nourishment.
What to Expect
You will be cleansed upon entry into the space and invited to sow seeds of fresh intentions into the energy field. Pregnancy and breastfeeding-safe tea will be available to assist with soothing the body to prepare for transformation. You will be invited into connection through your hips and sacral region through light movement before diving into breathwork and meditation. Whether you are a mother, expecting mother, or healing your maternal line, this experience will empower you to activate your body’s innate wisdom and come into new levels of yourself. Christie will perform a sound healing experience with the option to receive reiki.
