This in-person event offers a safe space for women to explore somatic practices together. Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and respectful touch we aim to cultivate self-awareness and empowerment.The Women's Somatic Circle is not a therapy or a support group; it is a sanctuary where we reflect, honor, and uplift one another. It is a place where we can shed our facades and reveal the beauty of our true selves in all its magnificence and complexity, embracing both passion and vulnerability.
The foundation of Somatic Circle lies in cultivating presence within the body. Many of the activities involve interactive practices that incorporate movement and respectful touch. The gentle, nurturing nature of feminine touch has a quality that eases barriers, encourages openness, and fosters deeper embodiment. Through gentle awareness, we can gently explore the dormant and overlooked aspects of our bodies, allowing us to enhance our ability to embrace emotions as fluid energies that flow within us. Respectful touch is often highlighted as a beloved aspect among the women who participate in these practices.
