What to Bring
• One small item to contribute to our communal Sacred Salt Bowl (e.g., natural essential oils, dried herbs, oats, tiny crystals, petals/flowers—anything infused with positive intention)
• Comfort items: blanket, yoga mat, or pillow (please come fragrance-free)
