We will start off sharing and talking with a warm herbal tea and card guidence before we settle into some journalling and setting intentions for the year ahead. We will move the body somatically ( mobement and Yin yoga) to release tension any trauma and get our energies flowing abundantly. We will then ground ourbodies into to the mat as Helena guides you on a nidra meditation infused with sound therapy and reiki.
We end with gratitude journalling and time to connect and share our experiences of we feel we need to.
