Our Charity – The 4N;cky Foundation
The 4N;cky Foundation holds Mantime sessions in two venues every month. We’ve seen firsthand how important it is for men to talk — and how difficult it can be for some to open up. These sessions have already proven to be a great success, with incredibly positive feedback about how they’ve helped those who attend.
We also recently delivered a presentation by Alex, our mental health professional. The session was extremely valuable and provided practical tools to support mental wellbeing.
Because of this success, we’ve decided to hold a one-off Womantime session. Although women may “talk better,” we still often carry worries that we shouldn’t have to carry alone.
This session will be a safe, friendly space to chat about how we’re feeling, and Alex will once again deliver an invaluable mental health presentation.
