Join us for a special retreat—a day to unwind and step away from life’s stresses. You’ll learn techniques to help ease your anxiety and move toward a more peaceful, mindful you.
Led by the inspiring mother-daughter yogi duo, Leslie CRNP-PMH, CYT 500 and Kirsten PhD, CYT 200, who are passionate about helping women thrive, this retreat promises a truly transformative experience. With over a decade of teaching experience, they have witnessed profound changes from surviving to truly living , and are excited to share this journey. This retreat will nourish both body and soul with transformative yoga, meditative practices, holistic nutritious meals, mindful crafting, journaling, and connecting with nature.
Bring: Your water bottle, and your favorite mat, if you have one. No mat, no worries, we will have mats available.
Bring home the tools you learn today to help continue your self-healing journey.
No previous experience with any of the activities or yoga is required.
