Ladies, are you interested in working on your coordination and self-confidence? Gentlemen, are there women in your lives who want to learn some self-defence? We are piloting a women's empowerment class on Saturdays at 1pm!This class is for women who want to move their bodies, feel more physically capable, or are interested in jiu-jitsu but who might have had reservations about jumping on the mat (I'm looking at you, jiu-jitsu mums!) Unlike the other curriculum classes, this class is not about competition or learning jiu-jitsu for sport. Instead it's focused on using jiu-jitsu fundamentals for self-defence, fitness, and expanding your own sense of what you're capable of.
Come along on Saturdays at 1pm to give it a go!
