Every woman participating in this gathering is embarking on a journey of self-exploration. Join us at Purusha Retreats for an empowering and connective evening at our WomanKind event. This in-person gathering is crafted to celebrate the strength and resilience of women from diverse backgrounds. Engage in biodynamic breathwork, interactive bodywork, and meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals. Together, we will support, uplift, and motivate one another. This is a chance to touch your inner power and honor the strength, resilience and beauty of womanhood.

As we approach the autumnal equinox, which signifies the shift from summer to autumn in the Northern Hemisphere, we invite women to come together and:

• Reconnect with your bodies and emotions – transitioning from the head to the heart.
• Awaken joy – embracing sensuality, playfulness, and spontaneity.
• Nurture your inner flame while recognising the value of rest.
• Be seen, celebrated, and supported in a circle of women.

• Feminine rituals to help women feel "sealed," nurtured, and cared for.
• Healing Practices, including biodynamic breathwork aimed at releasing physical and emotional blockages. This particualar evening will center on the fourth chakra (the heart), symbolising the balance between two triangles, where the transformation from ME to WE (Individual to Universal) occurs. We will be working with rebozo body wrapping to gently guide bones and muscles back into place.
• Self-expression and somatic movement.
• Sisterhood – Share, be witnessed, and receive in a sacred space among women.

Atmashant Kaur:Atma is a Kundalini Yoga teacher with extensive experience in tantric bodywork and healing practices. Her innate curiosity and expertise cover theology, eco-therapy, and the marvels of the natural world. She is committed to helping women deepen their self-connection and approach life with playfulness and an open heart. Her passions include nature, art, dance, song, and silence.

Kerry-Ann Taylor:Kerry is a space holder and hands-on bodyworker who crafts ceremonies for women navigating life’s transitions and rites. Her mission is to help women reconnect with themselves and one another. Women deserve to be heard and honored with reverence and ritual. You might find her dancing in a field, laughing at herself, or passionately discussing women's health and injustices.
