Outside of coaching, she enjoys painting portraits of inspiring women, rock climbing, and salsa dancing.

Farah has won several bodybuilding athlete awards in local and regional competitions. She is a lawyer and business advisor, sitting on several advisory councils. Additionally, she advocates for the well-being of corporate women, strength training, and longevity.

Faith Okwisa Okwayo is a distinguished subject matter expert in medical research with a robust background in the field, encompassing over eight years of dedicated experience in primary intelligence research. As the current Chairperson of the Chronic Diseases Society of Africa, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the understanding and management of chronic diseases across the continent.
