About this Event
Gather with other women for a day retreat to deepen your understanding of the thread that connects us across time: the menstrual cycle. We will explore how to best support each of the four phases, connect with each other in sisterhood, and experience Dark Feminine embodiment practices to return to the spiritual power of the womb and come home to your female body.We'll begin the afternoon with a drop in, an emPOWER flow yoga class, and refreshments to settle in before descending into the mystery of the womb. We will cover the basics of menstrual cycle attunement for hormonal health, but this workshop is so much more than that. This is a return to your true essence as a woman so you can invite more creativity, pleasure, empowerment, and fulfillment into your life.Women have been gathering in honor of the sacred mysteries of the female body, of the Goddess, since the dawn of time. Together we will ignite the flame, beat on the drum, and carry on this tradition.
