Hey ladies! There is an amazing group that runs on Monday nights at 6! I thought I would get a group together to go on Saturday mornings at 10am as well for those who Monday nights might be harder to make. Let’s meet this Saturday for our first one at the Japanese Friendship Gardens. I know there are a lot of seasoned runners in here…. We are welcoming everyone from beginners to pros and will adopt the “no woman left behind” philosophy.
