Join us for our weekly walk at the Wollongong Botanic Garden!We meet every Tuesday from 9:30am on Fig Lawn (opposite the duck pond), with our walk starting at 10am. It’s an easy, pram-friendly 25-minute loop, and we usually stay for a chat until around midday.
All babies and toddlers are welcome - we’ve had little ones as young as 5 weeks and kids as old as 5.
First time? You’ll be in good company - we have a lovely mix of regulars and new mums each week.
Here’s everything you need to know:
📍 Meet on Fig Lawn (by Murphy’s Ave entrance) at the Wollongong Botanic Gardens. We meet by the benches, opposite the duck pond.
⏰ from 9:30am meet for a 10am walk start
🚘 Parking at Murphy’s Ave car park or on street (allow a little bit more time for parking as Uni is in session)
🚌 number 11 drops on Murphy’s Ave. the 55 at the University
👞 Pram friendly, 25 minute loop walk
☕️ Available at the Botanic Gardens at the coffee van or Bread & Espresso on Murphy’s Ave. We generally grab coffee after the walk.
Running late? We’ll be back at the shady spot on the other side of the Rose Garden by 10:30am so feel free to join us afterwards!
