Following the release of a newly re-recorded version of their Rick Rubin-produced 1989 debut album ‘Live Fast, Die Fast’ titled ‘Live Faster’, Tamworth terrors Wolfsbane are coming to YARDBIRDS on SUNDAY 7th DECEMBER 2025.The ALL-ORIGINAL lineup from 1989 (Blaze Bayley, Jase Edwards, Jeff Hateley, and Steve Danger) will be playing 'I Like It Hot', ‘Manhunt’, 'Money To Burn', ‘Ezy’ and plenty of fan favourites from their back catalogue!
Formed in Tamworth in 1984, Wolfsbane gained a reputation as one of the most incendiary live British Rock bands of the 80s and 90s, being followed across the UK by their hardcore fanbase of “Howling Mad Sh*theads” (or “HMS”).
The band released several highly acclaimed albums (including the NME 10/10-rated live album 'Massive Noise Injection') before disbanding in 1994 when Blaze Bayley was recruited to front Iron Maiden.
After a fourteen-year hiatus, Wolfsbane reunited in 2007 and continue to release new music and tour regularly in 2025. In recent years they have performed at Bloodstock, Stonedead and Steelhouse festival where they continue to fly the flag for British Rock and are still enjoying every minute of it!
