We are gathering clothes, shoes, small household items, books and bedding for a Value Village FUNdrive which will result in a payout by weight for our donations.This is a simple fundraiser that you and your family, friends, neighbors and community groups can participate in. It's easy, just follow these steps:
~ Start now!! Bag or box up your donations and stash them.
~ Keep gathering over the next few weeks and encourage your friends, family, neighbors and groups to help us by gathering theirs to support our team.
~ Important - We need to keep Value Village in the loop on what quantity we are bringing, so it is super important to sign up on the tracker at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B0A4DA5AA28A3FF2-58352091-fundrive
~ It's just a tally of the bags and boxes total you have thus far. Estimates are fine, but a running total is important.
~ On Saturday, September 27th, we will be in the West Valley parking lot with trucks. You will bring your donations between 9-10am.
~ Donations will be taken to Value Village where they will be weighed and a donation will be calculated for our team.
The goal we set is $2,000, which means roughly 500 Large Yard Bags (avg. 20 lbs.) and 150 Medium boxes (household goods). Please gather and spread the word!
